'Till the Boys Come Home' returns later this year accompanied by a community wide project!
After the sell-out success of last October's World War One show, 'Till the Boys Come Home', Voices Across Time are bringing the show back this November!
Till the Boys Come Home tells the story of young adventurer Timmy Price who enlists whilst he is still underage and, against his mothers deepest wishes, sets off to the front line for an ‘adventure’.
The return of 'Till the Boys Come Home' will see an accompanying tour around schools in Banbury in the lead up to its performance on the 16th November. Our experienced musicians and theatre practitioners will run immersive music and drama workshops in schools designed for KS2 which will investigate key themes of the show and explore the history of WW1 inline with the national curriculum.
In addition to this schools tour, Voices Across Time will be hosting a 'Community Matinee Performance' on the 16th November. This show will be in partnership with some of the already existing, brilliant initiatives in the town with the hope to reach as far and wide into our community as possible in this specially designed show that will be accessible, relaxed, inspiring and uplifting!
If you, or you know someone, from a school, community group or any other body in the community that would interested in participating in the schools workshops or being a part of the performances, please drop us an e-mail on team@voicesacrosstime.com.
